Our database is synced from major Singapore Government databases: BCA, LTA, PUB, HDB, PEB, etc. so the information is legit and up-to-date.

SmartBuild Asia’s Company Profile is the unique place where is displayed all the information about a company. Our comprehensive Company Profile provides a global and coherent structure to Companies’ data by displaying all the information you need, in one place.

Register my company

Why should I register my company?
Registering your company allows other users to find it when they use SmartBuild Asia search engine. It also allows you to modify your company basic information, e.g. phone number, fax number, postal address, business categories, etc.

How can I register my company?
You can register your company by clicking on “Log in” at the top-right of SmartBuild Asia’ homepage.

How does the company registration process work?
Registration is a 3 steps process:
- Fill the registration form
- Verify your company permission
- Verify your email
What is the registration form?
The registration form is a very simple form to fill with the following information: your name, your email address, your company’s Unique Entity Number (or Registration Number for foreign companies), and your password.
How do I verify my email?
Once you have filled the registration form, and verified your company permission, an email is automatically sent to the address you provided. To verify your email, please click on the link contained in that email. This link will bring you back to www.smartbuild.asia.
Why do I need to verify my company permission?
Control over companies’ information can’t be given to anyone. Verifying company permission means that you confirm that you are allowed to create and control an account on behalf of your company.
How do I verify my company permission?
Once you have filled up the registration form, tick the boxes to:
- Acknowledge that you are an official representative of your company and have the right to act on behalf of your company to take the control of its account on www.smartbuild.asia.
- Acknowledge that you have read and that you agree with the user agreement and the privacy policy.
How long does it take to register my company?
All it takes is 3 minutes: 1 minute to fill the form, 1 minute to verify your company permission, and 1 minute to verify your email.
We encourage you to take as much time as required to read the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

Control my company information

What is taking control of my Company’s Profile?
Our company database is quite comprehensive; therefore, chances are that your company already appears in our records. Taking control of your Company Profile means that you are taking the control of your company’s information on SmartBuild Asia.
Why should I take control of my Company’s Profile?
Taking control of your Company Profile enables you to modify your company’s information on SmartBuild Asia, decide what information appears or does not appear on SmartBuild Asia, inform other users about your Products & Services, etc.
Taking control of your Company Profile also boosts your position on the search results page: instead of appearing in strict alphabetical order, your company will appear higher up in the list.
How to take control of my Company’s Profile?
Taking control of your Company Profile is a two-steps process:
- Register your company to take control over basic information.
- Purchase one of our Packages to take full control.
How long is required to take control of my Company’s Profile?
Taking control of your Company Profile takes 8 minutes: 3 minutes to register, 5 minutes to purchase a package.

Login into my account

How to log in to my account?
To log in to your account, just click on the “log in” button on the homepage top-right corner, enter your email address and password, and click “log in”.
I lost or do not remember my password. How to get a new one?
On the log in form, click on “forgot password?”, enter your email address and click on “request new password”. An email will be sent to you with a link. Click on that link and enter your new password.

Update my company profile

Who can update my Company Profile?
Only account administrators of registered accounts can update Company Profiles.
What can I update on my Company Profile?
Updating means changing, editing, adding or deleting information. Modification of Company Profile is linked to your package:
- Discovery package: you can only edit your company’s basic information, e.g. phone number, fax number, postal address, business categories, etc.
- Other packages: you can edit your company’s full profile.
How can I see my profile completion?
After successful log in, and provided you are the account administrator, you will land on your dashboard, displaying your profile completion statistics.
Why is some of my company data already available?
SmartBuild Asia aggregates data from multiple sources and processes it. When you take over your Company Profile, it displays the result of our algorithms’ work.
From which sources is SmartBuild Asia aggregating its contents?
While most of our data are aggregated over the Internet, or received from various sources, below are some data source which we must credit according to the source's term or conditions of use.

Data.gov.sg
Certain information displayed on this website are extracted from Data.gov.sg, the primary portal for users to discover data published by the Singapore Government and its agencies. Below is the list of data used:
- Entities with Unique Entity Number (UEN)
- BCA Registered Contractors
- BCA Licensed Builders
- List of Projects Listed under CONQAS
We may use these data extracted from data.gov.sg, and produce analysis or transformation of these data. The Singapore Government or its Statutory Board are not attributed for these analysis and transformation.
The datasets provided by the Singapore Government and its Statutory Boards via Data.gov.sg are governed by the Terms of Use available at https://data.gov.sg/terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Singapore Government and its Statutory Boards are not liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused directly or indirectly by the use of the datasets or any derived analyses or applications.
Can I only partially fill up the data of my company?
To take full advantage of our services, and because your potential customers or suppliers like to see complete profiles, it is recommended to complete as much of your Company Profile as possible. You can fill it all in one go or bits by bits over time. You can also decide to fill only part of your Company Profile; it’s up to you!
I would like to add more information about my company but I can’t find the right field. What can I do?
We have tried to make Company Profile’s structure as intuitive as possible. Because information in Company Profile is so comprehensive, it is sometimes difficult to find where to fill the data. In such case, don’t hesitate to send us a few words at contact@smartbuild.asia.

You can search for any kind of information you need, as long as it is about a construction-related company operating in Singapore.
You can search for companies by name, brands, Products & Services, or projects. Then, you can refine the results.

Can I refine my search results?
Most definitely! If you are just visiting our website, you will only be able to refine your search results by brands, Products & Services, and projects.
If you are using a discovery, silver, gold or platinum package, you can refine your search results by brands, Products & Services, and projects; but also by:
- CIDB licenses and registration workheads.
- Quality, Safety, Environmental and other accreditations and certifications.
- Awards received.
- Professional Organisations membership.
- Company’s revenue.

Searching is the easiest thing! Just type what you are looking for in the search bar and validate it. The search bar is located on the centre of the homepage or on the top header of any other page.

Can I view other companies’ profiles?
From your search result page, click on a company’s name to access its Company Profile.
What information can I view on other companies’ profiles?
Whether you are just visiting our website or you own a discovery, silver, gold or platinum package, you can view full Company Profiles:

- Company’s General Information, e.g. name, phone and fax numbers and address, etc.
- Company’s Detailed Information, e.g. description, former names, etc.
- Brands distributed and brands’ information.
- Products & Services information.
- Past Projects and Experience.
- CIDB licenses and registration workheads.
- Quality, Safety, Environmental and other accreditations and certifications.
- Key personnel.
- Staff and facilities.
- Awards received.
- Professional organisations membership.
- Financial information.
Can I view another company’s financial information?
If you are using a silver, gold or platinum package, you can request permission from the company to view its financial information. The administrator of the other company’s account will then decide whether to grant you access to it or not.

What are the accepted options to pay?
You can decide your payment option during purchase process. Purchases can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is our payment gateway, an e-commerce application service provider service that authorizes credit card payments for e-businesses. Stripes focuses on providing the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment system.
What is auto-renewal?

We made it easy for you to edit the information displayed on your profile, and Products & Services is no exception. Modifications are made from the administrator dashboard. Note that these modifications can be made only by the account administrator.
